clarification please...

Hey, i just read thru the Weight Training 101 post which was really helpful but i just wanted some clarification on a couple of things.

Can someone please give me some examples of the types of exercises for

Horizontal Press (Upper)
Horizontal Pull (Upper)
Vertical Pull (Upper)
Vertical Press (Upper)
