CLA - Conjugated linoleic acids

I have heard that it's one of the best things to incorporate into my new lifestyle. Studies have shown that it has helped to reduce body fat in individuals.

Any opinions on this product?

Thanks... That had a lot of useful information about supplements.

Much of that information, though, on CLA was more inconclusive than anything. Stating that there really needs to be more research.

I wonder how long you actually have to be taking a supp to notice a difference... and even at that rate, how would I ever know the difference was because of adding the supp.

Acht! I'm just going to stay supp freeeeeee.
 
The decision is always on you to make.

Personally I'd shy away from it given supplements track record in general. It's simply not worth it.
 
Depends on what you consider a supplement. I drink some protein shakes every now and again, but I consider that food. It's just protein.

I also take a multivitamin as well as fish oil.
 
Yeah, I haven't ever considered those things supplements.

I'm still trying to get in a routine of taking my multi daily. I'm so forgetful!! :banghead:
 
My experience, which you can take for what it's worth, says supplements for the most part are a gigantic waste of money. Especially those geared towards aiding fat loss.

Off the top of my head, the only supplement I've taken is creatine and that was a while ago. It's still a viable supplement though.
