Hi, everyone! I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I've always had a little trouble with body image and my weight, so I think this is a good place for me to be. I'm at a happy weight now, but I stress-eat a lot, and since I'm about to begin an intensive job search, I can feel it coming. I don't want to fall into the habit again--especially with summer just around the corner. Anyone have any tips or tricks on how to conquer the habit of stress eating?
