Hey guys,
Its been a few months since I've been on the boards. I was doing great early in the year! I lost around 30 lbs and was really starting to see a difference in the way I felt, the way my cloths fit, and all of that!
But...I changed jobs and I've been dealing with alot of stress over the past 3 months. And, as a result, I've gained 20 pounds back.
But today thats all changing! I'm tired of feeling fat and bloated every day. I over eat because I'm stressed at work, but its just causing me to feel worse and worse as the pounds keep packing on.
I'm starting my new way of life by eating a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and heading to the gym right after work!
I'm shooting for 1500 calories a day and going to the gym at least 3 times a week.
I'm really excited to start turning things around! I'll keep everyone posted.
For those who don't remember me, I'm 25, male, and married. I initially tried to lose weight for my wedding last summer, but it didn't go so well. In January I decided to give myself a birthday present of good health. I totally changed my eating habits and fitness routine - everything was going GREAT. But, I let stress get the best of me...and now I've realized that by ruining all of that work, I've just INCREASED the stress. Oh well, I'm ready for a new start!
Thanks for reading,
