Choclate recipes

hmm.. maybe some skim milk?? or.. hmm, limited options to keep the calories down. uhh, skim milk, that's all i got lol sry
 
i think he means like, what recipes are made of chocolate, that he can substitute the chocolate with the powder? or if your just talking about adding stuff to your shake, a bannana for post workout. maybe some nuts pre workout. yeah, but unless bulking, always make shake with skim milk.
 
yup yup malkore's right, early in the morning, and right after working out.. the 2 best times..
 
dang i drank it at 10 15 today couse i heard that after you workout your muscles use the shake you drank in the mourning.

and add some cinnamon and splenda, too - very tasty
