Going to an all you can eat chinese buffet restaurant tomorrow.
Normally when I'm dieting and something like this comes along, I just allow myself to have a day off but seeing as I have been dieting for 2 weeks and haven't lost anything yet I really do not want to do that.
Can anybody recommend anything for me to eat?
Like the foods with less fat/calories?
I was thinking of filling up on a few bowls of soup to start, but my friend said the soups are really bad?
Please help!
