Thanks for your reply. Have you used the Chiball Method? The specific exrcise program that my friend has recommended is their Dance of the Dragon DVD. Apparantly it aids weightloss without the need to diet. I'd love to hear if this has worked for any one else please? Thanks

Have your friend show you the dance - and prove it loses weight - why would you come to a bunch of strangers on an internet forum -when your friend has proventhat it just works..

I came here to try and gain a balanced view and some intelligent observation - obviously not from you!
Why would I want to sell you anything? I've been sold so much cr@p over the years and I'm still 200lbs.
If the ChiBall has worked for someone, I'd like to hear their experience. Its a commitment - If I'm going to invest time and effort I'd like to do it from an educated stand point - Now What's Your Problem?

Inspired by the reports on SPAMITY SPAM I bought my Dance of the Dragon gift pack from Chiball and it arrived 2 weeks ago. I had no idea there was so much to the Chiball Method. This is clever - by combining Chinese Traditional Medicine with modern exersise they have made something which is both interesting and exciting. I have been following this for 2 weeks now and have already lost 20lbs - I've got a long way to go, but I really am finding the connections between ancient philosphy and modern movement something that keeps my interest up. I know it's obviously a gimmick - but so is Disneyland and I love that too. thank you ChiBall!
