Hey everyone
So today i went and ate some bacon rashers and realised i didnt want them, and then spat them out (lovely!) but then afterwards i felt full and it got me to thinking, by chewing or sucking something without actually eating it there are no calories in it, (other than flavourings) so ive tried it with a few other things and its worked great! Its totally filling a craving without actually doing much harm.
Now im not saying that everyone should stop eating and just suck or chew their food, obviously thats not good for you at all and i wouldnt do that, im still eating 3 meals a day its only snacks and unhealthy options im doing this for.
What are your experiences with this? x
