chest workout Question

is doing bench press (3sets-15,12,10 reps)
dumbell flyes (3sets-15,12,10 reps)

regular pushups
incline pushups 3 sets of 10 reps of each type of
decline pushups pushups
dip pushups

is this to much for a chest workout?

Sure is. Dont go over three exercises with that rep range. I personally do Flat Bench, Incline DB, and dips. You dont wanna overwork the muscles, so eliminate the pushups.

what if i only did one set of 10 for each type of pushup or i only did 2 or 3 sets of 2 of the above pushups
which would be better?

Each would probably end up giving you the same result. The only purpose it would serve would be to confuse yourself. Stick to around 2-3 per workout. If its a different day, you could switch between incline and decline or replace dips with pushups. Just an example.

The thing you should be focusing on is getting your movements correct. If you don't feel your chest working during any of these exercises your doing it wrong. If your form looks perfect practice it again. Make sure your squeezing with your chest thats the most important thing.

omg...... your new chest workout if you dont use it ill kill you lol jk

flat bench press
dumbell fly
dips
incline bench press

I would also not bother with 15 reps for a real set. for warmup set, sure, but for your working sets, I would never exceed 12 reps. 8-12 reps is a proven rep range for building size. going beyond 12 and you simply train the muscles for endurance...not size, not strength. Great if you are a tri-atlon competitor, crappy if you're trying to get big and toned.
