Nothing too serious but concerning me. Right in the center of my lower chest is a dull pain everytime i breathe in, and my outer chest tingles slightly. Started last night..and i haven't done any chest workouts for days now.
Yea i waited til the next day..and most of it was healed..i asked my mum and she told me it was heartburn..another day later and it's all back to normal..thank god. lol cheers for advice anyways.
