I am an 18 year old male , I have a body fat of about 12%
I work on my chest twice a week
My chest workout includes
Bench Press
Decline Bench press
Dumbell bench press
Dumbell incline bench press
Pec dec fly
4sets each
I also perform dips on tricep days
But still I continue to have chest fat any suggestions
I can’t lose weight as I am already very thin
Also I want to know what part of my chest makes it look weird
