I want to get other people's thoughts on cheat meals. Do you have one? How often?
I usually have mine once a week, after weigh-in.
I've been back into my healthy routine for a week now, and this morning I weighed in.
Soooo...tonight's cheat night. While I'm looking forward to having some good food, I don't want to undo what I've accomplished. Personally, I think cheat meals are important in the early, transition stages. It gets the cravings out of my system, and gives me something to look forward to throughout the week.
My delimma is that I really don't want to cheat tonight! However, I don't miss this opportunitity and be craving junk food all week. I think at this point I have to rely on portion control during tonight's cheat meal and going to the gym!
