Cheap N Cheerful 6 week plan

Hey all, So I just got back from a holiday and I have bow started my 6 week summer break from school so I have created a very vague naff plan for myself but I was wondering if people think it will actually work and make me lose body fat and tone up, so here is some background info and the plan.

139 LBS 5ft9/5ft10 Male 15 ( 16 in few months) 14.4% body fat wanna get down to 10.


Week 1
Monday: Cardio 30 minutes ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Tuesday: Strength Training ( situps x30 pressups x16 squats x30 Tricep dips x20 Core 1 minute)
Wednesday: Cardio 30 minutes ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Thursday: Strength training ( situps x30 pressups x16 squats x30 Tricep dips x20 Core 1 minute)
Friday: Cardio 30 minutes. ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Saturday: Strength Training ( situps x30 pressups x16 squats x30 Tricep dips x20 Core 1 minute)
Sunday: Rest or football

Week 2
Monday: Cardio 30 minutes ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Tuesday: Strength Training ( situps x60 pressups x25 squats x60 Tricep dips x25 Core 2 minute)
Wednesday: Cardio 30 minutes ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Thursday: Strength training ( situps x60 pressups x25 squats x60 Tricep dips x25 Core 2 minute)
Friday: Cardio 30 minutes. ( Punchbag, Running, Football)
Saturday: Strength Training ( situps x60 pressups x25 squats x60 Tricep dips x25 Core 2 minute)
Sunday: Rest or football

Week 3 increase to 70 30 70 30 2.5 minutes
Week 4 increase to 75 35 75 35 3 minutes
Week 5 increase to 80 40 80 40 3 minutes
Week 6 increase to 85 45 80 45 4 minutes


As I said the plan is very rough and poorly written but its just there to remind me.

If I followed that plan and ate well do you think I could lose body fat and tone up?
