I am a 27 year old female with a 10 year old daughter. I have had weight trouble ever since I had her. My ife has been so busy and stressful that no matter wat I do, I just can't loose the weight. I have joined a gym, I tried only eating 1200 calories a day, weight watchers, special K, and I am just not getting anywhere. I am 5'4" and weigh 158, I just want to get down to 125 and be me again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
