changes due to weight loss?

Ever since I've started to lose weight, my workmates have been noticing that my skin is improving and they said it's not only the tan (just started doing that). It appeared to be smoother and has some kind of glow. Now I also take vitamin e so I don't know if that's what's making my skin look better or the exercise and decrease in unhealthy food intake.

I also notice that my stride seems to be 'wider' when I'm walking and my legs feel a bit longer. These sound weird but actually good 'cause it makes me feel good about myself.

Now, could this be due to my weight loss or is it psychological? Am I just starting to believe this just because something good (losing weight) is happening to me?

First off, congratulations on your weight loss and change in diet.

hey say you are what you eat and it's so true. When you remove unhealthy foods from you diet it definitely helps improve your mood, the way you carry yourself, and yes even your complexion is affected by diet and exercise.

When you exercise it also helps to release endorphins which elevate your mood.

I know when I haven't exercised in a bit. My body feels completely out of sink. As soon as I get out and do a quick run every thing just falls back into place. The body is an amazing peice of machinery.

Your entire body will reflect your health.

Skin, eyes, odour, facial expression, mood, movements, memory, mental alertness, and it'll even sharpen your intelligence a bit and lower stress.

Pretty much everything gets better, it's not just a good way to lose weight.

If you REALLY want to help your skin though, stop using cosmetics. Maybe use a gentle moisturizer, but that's it. Also wear sunscreen every day.

You also get the effects if you get muscler instead of being overweight due to fat?
