Changed Gym - New workout required

Right for one reason or another i have had to change my gym, and my new one (pretty much on my doorstep AS oppossed to a 30 min each way trip, & £20 per month cheaper), has a very small weights section.

It is mainly cardio machines, and those new resitance machines where you put your key in and it tells you what to do, how fast to go etc etc.

My old routine is impossible now due to the lack of genuine loose weights, can anyone point me in the direction of a workout based around the machines I am now stuck with.

Thanks

I suppose a little background info might have helped.

They have two adjustable benches, dumbells upto 22kg, and a cross over machine. The machines are the standard upright bench press, butterfly, shoulder press, calf, ham, thigh extenders, and a couple of lower & upper back machines.

I want to bulk up a little bit, but get 'tight' & toned rather than big.

I was using a full body routine at my last gym, which was working wonders in conjuction with a HIIT cardio routine. But the lack of bar bells, & heavy enough free weights has made that routine redundant.

are there no olympic bars if not then i would still do fullbody but use the machine equvilant of the exrcise you were doing..ie..millitary-press do machine shoulder press(if the dumbells are to light)

its better than nothing and as long as you progress the load you should get decent results.
