Just wanted to poke my head in and say Hi to everyone.

Currently 167 pounds/76kg and aiming for a firm and toned 132.
Completely possible, it's just going to take a little time, effort and enthusiasm. All of which I have plenty of.
So far so good ..... I've dropped 3kg (6.6 pounds) in the past two weeks (which is when I began moving more, eating better and generally being nicer to myself).
It's all about mindset I reckon.
All I say to my Self is:
Well ..... guess I'll see you all around the traps.

- Don't give up
- Be Patient
- Believe in what your doing and why your doing it
- Enjoy the journey
- Give yourself credit when and where it's due - If you've earned it it's yours
