I'm trying to get into great shape for Spring Break and beyond. I am a good weight for my height (126, 5'7") but way too high on my body fat percentage (26%!!). I carry my weight in my thighs and butt - not good for bikini season! I wanted to publicly chart my workouts to keep myself motivated and to get fussed at when I fall off track.

My goal is to reach 18% body fat! (Not necessarily by spring break, but maybe by summer??) :D
