Hello.
Im thinking of getting the chalean extreme. I have around 10 lb to get to my goal weight and i would like to tone my body at least a little so it looks better after the weight loss process.
This seems to be a good workout, but i have a question. I only own a pair of 10 lb weights and a level 1 resistance band(which will probably be useless) and i really didn't want to spend more money on weights or other equipment. Can i do this workout using always the same weights? Will i still get good/decent results? I know that as i progress in the program the weights are probably stop being as challenging and it will get easier, so my concern is that it won't be very effective.
