Ok Cerella, lets do this! We'll use this thread to report to each other and get into Onderland!!

at friends house
rice and bbq chicken pieces..300?

1 scoop ice cream...200

turkey burger...150
corn cob...100

so far 1050 in cals...no elliptical today, but I did get some swimming in :)

2 pieces of squirrelly bread - 200 cals
peanut butter - 120
36 oz of water

Exercise will be walking the dog when I take my oldest to school - 2.25 mile walk - possibly Curves later depending on time - energy and other plans - Elliptical prob for sure tonight...

I havent eaten much today...i had my two pieces of toast with peanut butter...220...oh a serving of chips - 260 cals...brocolli - a bunch of it for lunch with dip - dip was 60 cals...cracker rosemary and olive oil triscuits - 90 cals one serving...1 piece of cheese - 80 cals or 90 cant remeber...baby carrots and I think that is it so far - bad bad bad me...a bunch of water...3.5 miles elliptical...dinner was rice and skinless chicken and green beans adn carrots - I also had a 60 cal chocolate pudding...

How'd ya do yesterday Cerella???

I was at the fair w/ the kids all day. I didn't eat good..not gonna bother posting that. BUT I didnt' eat often, so hopefully it wasn't too bad. Lots of walking.

Heres to a new day!

Well Korrie my day wasnt much better...I had a weird eatign day and it was ok till I got to my firneds for dinner - it was her daughters bday so we ate all her favorites...lazange, wings, garlic bread and ceasar salad for dinner and then pre dinner was bad - bagette and cheese, chips and cheese, crackers and cheese...ha ha ha

However I did go to Curves and I did go on a 2.25 mile walk with the dog and the kidlette :):):)
 
well, that walk was good! I REALLY gotta get back on the elliptical this week!!

today's not looking great...breaky was slimfast Lunch was hamsalad and chips and dinner is homemade pizza.

Weekends are just so freakin hard! you know?
 
My food today has been mostly good :

celery and p/b
aprioct - new likng developement since changing my eating habits
nectorine
cucumbers
strawberries
cheese bread stick - 200 cals
6 chicken wings 210 cals
salad - 100ish or so - homemade ceasar slad
yoguart - shape - 60 cals

over 100 oz of water

no exercise yet - about to jump on the Elliptical...
 
wow, your cals are low girl! better get something to eat!

I have to do a better job! I'll start posting EVERYTHING thing I eat and get back on that elliptical tommorrow!! I PROMISE!
 
I will add on to the rest of my eating for the day - 2 servings of french bread - 220 cals with cream cheese on it at 65 cals ... dinner was meatloaf - healthy - it had garlic and carrots and zuchinni in it and I had one chocolate chip cookie for desert and prob a tablespoon or two of raw cookie dough when we were makign the cookies - my youngest and I baked cookies while dinner was beign made...a cup of mixed veggies and one nugget potatoe...and i had 136 oz of water today :):):)

I have to step it up...wheres my motivation? I think if i can get a couple days under my belt I'll be golden...but getting those days is prooving rather difficult right now
 
30 mins Curves another 36oz plus of water...i ate cucmber, carrots a banana and 2 aproitocs - plus one stick of cheese bread 200 cals and a few nuts 1/2 a european weiner for protein - ha ha ha - one serving of pringles - 130 or 150 cant remeber...

it is hard Korrie - Ive been not doing so well myself either...

Slimfast shake - I dunno 250 300ish cals
