I felt like it was an ok week. It wasn't great by any means. Missed a day of cardio at the gym and drank a few too many beers. still had a 2.6 loss tho. yay!
After such a big loss that first week, it's amazing that you still lost this week! YOu are doing great! Keep up the good work...and stay away from those beers, LOL!

Im doin cardio 7 days a week and still gaining... ahhh!
Maybe weighing myself a couple days ago was a good thing. got myself back on target. I seriously need to get more consistency... When I was doin weight watchers 2 years ago with only walking I was getting average 3-5 pound weekly losses.
