Lunch - FIsh and asparagus
Dinner - Prawns and Bean sprouts
Not sure how to go about this. I am going to write down what I eat, what I drink, what I exercised.
Colleague joining me in gym after work today. Hope we can get things started.
Do I need to add photo? I am shy....
Still need to lose 30 pounds at least.
