Hi. I've been up and down with my weight for many years now. I can usually drop a reasonable amount of weight, but I've never had the will power or I guess desire to change my lifestyle. Therefore, as I'm sure no one is surprised, I always put the weight back on.
Well, I'm back on the wagon of eating healthy again but I've hit that well known wall. Has anyone out there actually found that green tea or any diet pills actually work or help you past the god forsaken plateau??

Google calorie cycling and read about it....it can work to break plateaus. atleast it worked for me and my friend. I have not found anything else that works...I freakin hate plateaus. I've had two in the last year and they are soooo frustrating...at 145 I was stuck for about 3 weeks and almost gave up.

My understanding is that plateaus are less frequent when exercise is included with your weight loss plan.

Green tea...5 cups a day burn about 60 calories....

I drink a Matcha every day, gives a good boost and it is super healthy.

Good luck Casper.

Thanks I will try that also. At his point I will just about try anything. I will let you know how it works out for me :)
