Cardio without using legs?

During my cut cycle, my elliptical machine broke so I bought a jump rope and must have gone a little too crazy with it. My left shin is too sore to do any cardio, but the rest of me is fine. I can stand and walk, but I won't be able to run for at least a week.

Anyway, anybody know of a way to break a sweat without using your legs? I'm already doing weight training, but I want focus on fat loss for a bit longer.

After my knee surgery I spent A LOT of time swimming. If you get a buoy (lots of pools have them for you to use)for between your thighs then you won't kick and your legs will float.
 
I agree with with Phate on the swimming recommendation if you can get to a pool. Great full body cardio that is very low impact to bones and joints.
