Cardio/Weight Training Advice

Hi,
im 16 5ft 7 and 154 lbs
my goal is to achieve a toned, lean, ripped body.
Im currently, doing cardio 4 times a week. Doing a total of 3.5 miles in around 35 minutes, 0.5 mile of that is walking recovery time.
Twice a week i am doing some weight training primarily working on arms, chest, abs and shoulders.
Is this a good routine to have, will this help me achieve my goals?
Diet-wise i am eating a fairly balanced diet, with a fair share of protein, probably around 2400 calories a day.
Also, I have been suffering from some soreness after running, should i continue with my routine or break from this to allow for the soreness to recover.

Any advice would be appreciated.
 
If you are looking for a ripped body you will need to reduce your weight and also have muscles underneith. Your workouts seem okay - I would reduce your calories to around 1800/day. I run when I'm sore, but I take the weekends off for my muscles to recover. I don't weight train the same muscles 2 days in a row though.
