So basically this is to do with Cardio. I find it a bit boring after a while, doing the same thing over and over for eg. treadmill, or bike. I know you can jog and etc and change intensity to make it vary. So what do you do to keep exercise exciting?
eg. dvd workouts? classes? How do you mix it up?
I'm interested to hear from those that have been exercising for a while now. I know at the beginning it's usually exciting, but those who have been at it for a while would have probably experienced this.
