I have been doing walking as cardio. I walk 6.6km and it takes 75 minutes. then I do yogalates for 70 minutes. Is it ok to do this everyday to lose weight?
This. I'd also add that ~2.5hr/day is a lot for most people, as far as commitment goes. If you don't have anything stopping you from adhering to that, keep it up. If time constraints become an issue, I'd look into increasing your training density so that you burn the same calories in a shorter duration (incidentally, this would increase the intensity of your exercise bouts, which has additional benefits to body composition -- it won't make you lose weight faster, but it will have some positive influences on what kind of weight you lose).
