Carbohydrates???

Is Carbohydrates what gets you bulked up??? if so can some1 please jot down some Carbohydrates foods. so i stay of them. as i just want to get rid of my body fat.
 
Balance is better. Just avoid junk food, white bread, white pasta's, processed foods, candy, soda, cookies, frenck fries and drink nothing but water and maybe a glass of slim milk.
