Hiya, just wondered if someone can explain something to me...about 3 years ago I joined slimming world....i lost alot of weight and enjoyed the diet. On the diet you can eat unlimitted carbohydrates (if you are on a green day)...so I enjoyed eating mounded platefulls of pasta, rice and potatoes...it seemed the I ate...the more I lost. The problem is....although I lost alot of weight....I gained loads of cellulite on my legs, hips and bottom.....a friend told me that this is because I ate too much Carbohydrates (pasta, rice and potatoes)...she said because I ate too much carbohydrate than my body needed ....my body stored it as FAT and thats how Ive got the cellulite....IS THIS TRUE ?????......Ive started to do weight watchers now...but....I still eat jacket potatoes (almost on a daily basis for my lunch)....is this ok or will I continue to store fat??? I would be gratefull of any advice....although Im slim...my cellulite is so bad....i would love to be able to wear shorts this summer. Thank you. Mandie xx
