Carb Intake and Weightloss

I will start off by saying I have a 3 month old and have currently gone back to running 2-3 weeks ago 2-3x a week and strength training 2-4x a week. For the past 2-3 weeks I have also been trying to follow a low carb diet (it has not impacted my breastmilk) “yay for that”

Now having said all this, I have not lost any weight :( NOT ONE POUND! The moment I have any kind of bad carb (pizza ie.) my weight goes down

Has this happened to anyone? Any advice what am I doing wrong?
 
Low carb is not a magic pill if you are still consuming to many calories.
