Can't stop gaining weight

Hello, I am 25, 5'5" and I just found out that I weighed 150 lbs...the most I've ever weighed in my life. I work out at least 5 days a week, usually 6, continuously for over the past 2 years. I started off about 2 years ago weighing about 145 lbs then dropping to a healthy 130. I counted calories and became really familiar with amts and calories and nutrition. I began to stop counting calories and learned how to estimate. About a year ago I was still about 135 lbs and I slowly gained weight. I started training for a triathlon beginning in Nov. and just completed it this past March. My weight kept climbing. I am not sure what to do.
My routine over the last two months has been splitting up weight training to include a body part each day of the week. Mondays: Tris & Bis, Tuesdays: Chest & Back, Wed: Legs, Thursday: Abs Fridays are usually off days and Sat : shoulders and Sundays I would try to do an hour of cardio. Each day I'm at the gym I always do at least a half hour of cardio. My cardio is swtiched up everyday. Spin classes, elliptical, efx, running, swimming, and I would throw in 1 or 2 days of interval cardio. (I'm looking for a new weight training routine???)
I workout every morning during the week at 6am...then I eat breakfast about 9am (oatmeal & yogurt and sometimes a banana) then lunch is usually whole wheat bread w/chicken breast or salad or turkey hoagie and a fruit, dinner I'll have steamed veggies, fish/or chicken breast and whole wheat bread and if i don't eat bread i'll have a bowl of puffed wheat with 1/4 cup peanuts to satiate my sweet tooth and maybe a fruit. Then I'll have tea and maybe snack on some popcorn later on.
What am I doing wrong? Not eating enough? Excercising too much? too little? not changing it up?
I even went to an endo to check thyroid everything is "normal".

I can't continue to gain weight and I'm starting to get really hopeless.

Any good advice out there?

Thanks

Your per-exhausting your arms before you even start your real training.
switch to 3 full body workouts.

does it matter what you weigh? whats your body fat %
