Cant stop eating!

Im having trouble remaining within the 2000 calorie limit now, i never feel full or empty just keep eating and its starting to show i lost a lot of weight by eating a VERY low calorie diet and wondering if that is affecting but i would like to just stay on it but i just cant stop eating:<
 
if you feel hungry your body is telling you something... your hungry starving your self will only slow your metabolic rate down even more. when you get those hunger pains go grab a juicy apple it will keep you full and keep your metabolism from dropping.
 
Gram is right there, healthy lowfat snacks. Fruits, Pretzels are great (watch that sodium though). Also remember, if you just started limiting calories, your body is trying to get you to eat. Use snacks to satiate (sp?) the hunger pangs. After a week, they should subside.
 
Eat a lot of high fibre foods as they will fill you up for longer, especially if you eat them w/ a source of lean protein.

Fruits (esp. apples, berries, bananas, oranges, apples, apples, apples)
Oatmeal (not the instant, though, as it's full of sugar)
Veggies (salad greens, carrots)
Potatoes (sweet or regular, so long as they're baked or steamed)

What I do every morning is cut up an apple, some strawberries, and 1/2 c. grapes and I leave them out on a plate on the counter - so whenever I feel like snacking, the tasty sweet fruit is always right there for me.
 
yes yes, apples4life. i tell my mom to get those juicy granny smiths all the time. whole fruits fill you up more than fruit juice, or even sauces ( apple sauce ) in equal caloric proportions.
