there is a sticky in there that explains it. To submit a recipe, you must sign up to the main website and post it here: fitness.com/recipes/upload.php. Any recipes uploaded and approved will automatically be posted into the recipe thread and on our other forum. it allows us to control the entered info much better (calories, portion, etc).
