The best way i found to keep your willpower up is, just like an alcoholic does, keep the waste and junk food away from you even thinking about saying no in the first place. Don't have it around if you can't say no. i have a real problem saying no when it is offered or when i am presented with the opportunity, too, TRUST ME.

So what i did and what i found worked is to just keep it out of sight and completely out of mind. Don't even give myself the chance to be tempted. You've got to keep trying on your goals. Just don't forget, even if you fail at it some times, your goal, you can still do it. It's not lost at all.

My husband got a little annoyed at times because we don't have junk food in the house, but he doesn't really get annoyed anymore like he used to because it's a lot easier to say no to junk food when there's nothing around to junk food on in the first place and he knows it.

Keep around the stuff to snack that's good for you, so that'll be the easiest choice when you are hungry and want to break your diet -- bananas, apples, whatever you like. Just don't be afraid because you feel like you don't have a lot of willpower. Beat it by not having to deal with the temptation in the first place. It's like an alcoholic never going in a bar. Can they? Sure. Can they go in without drinking? Maybe. But probably, it's just better if they don't give themselves the temptation to begin with, or a lot easier, anyway. This is a lot like that and you shouldn't get down on yourself for that. Just work around it and you can get through it!!

Also, I don't know if you have a mobile phone, but i use the Noom app, which is in English, to count my calories and it has worked pretty good for me so far.

AInner critic! Let him/her out. Unleash the torture of this method and you can fight fire with fire! Utilize this often bad influence and the goodies will be no more! Over exaggurate the calorie intake of these things, you know what's healthy and what's not. Trust yourself to eat the right things and enough of the right things to stay healthy! Remember, "I'm a fat slob" let these words be the power and driving force to say no to junk food! Let the weight shed and stay off!

AThe moment you say; hey! I've lossed 10 pounds, this candy bar won't hurt, I deserve a cheat treat, its over! Its a slippery path to being that way, we both know, soooo hate yourself to love yourself as soon as you achieve the results you want! Good luck!

Its hard to say no to a lifestyle and we can't even walk into a grocery store without temptations of junk food, so out if mind and sight is a no go unless you have other people do your errands for you.
