Can't feel my legs?!

I'm a beginner. I started at the gym this week and am pretty proud of myself so far. But, I've noticed after I do the cardio stuff, I can't feel my legs. I can move them. They don't tingle. It just feels like my upper body is kind of floating, and it's freaking me out. Is this normal?

After your cardio, try some active stretching. This will accelerate your recovery and disipate the sensation you are experiencing.

lol you have nothing to worry about, you say you're proud of yourself so you're probably just working yourself very hard, which is a great thing. You're legs are just very weak after the workout and they dont want to move at all. Its the same thing with a lot of workouts, a lot of times after i bench i get a weird weakining feelings in chest and arms

The reason for this is probably because you do your workout then just get right off the machine without proper cool down. For at least 5 minutes, try bringing your heart rate down and this will allow your blood to flow again.
