I stopped doing cardio for a few days of break I was super busy with school. Now I began to resume back to cardio. I can no longer run on treadmill, as I get pain in my chest, not sure whats its called. Before I was able to run at high speeds, high incline without any problems.
Thank you

It's called a cramp. Just take deep breaths and slow you pace until it goes away, once it's gone go back up to full speed. I get it all the time when I play hockey, I just sit an extra shift and then get back into it.

If it's the same cramp I get , rasing my arms straight up tend to help ease it quick.

what kind of "pain" are we talking about? a stitch, deep pain, stabbing pain, etc?

a "pain" could mean anything. If it's a reoccurring thing, stop running and go see a doctor. you should NOT feel pain when exercising.

Yeah. Like what daybyday says, see a doctor. Chest pains aren't the sort of things you want to ignore.

I run 4 days a week and I've never experienced a chest cramp. A leg cramp? Yes. A side cramp? Yes. I think I'd be alarmed too if I started getting cramps in my chest.

I feel ya, running/walking on the treedmill can be terrible.
Since I go to the gym, I've been trying other cardio machines, and that has helped.
I'm trying to do 1 hour cardio everyday and sometimes I go to my cousins house to use his treedmill. Its great because on his iphone or laptop I watch a movie :D and as much as I hate tredmills and that hour, it really just makes time fly without me noticing! I walk at a speed of 3.5, you dont get extremely tired but I sweat so much, so its prefect.
Dont give up, just try different things, to see whats best for you! Also set a big goal, and small goals to get there.
