Can You....?

Morning,

I've recently started a diet program were i will limit my calorie intake to a deficit to lose weight.
Eating nothing but protein, salads and veg.

Question is, I've got a family party coming up this weekend were everybody will be drinking and eating junk foods etc.

I dont want to be sat there basically not enjoying it and been sociable.

What is the impact of eating perfectly and exercising all week and then having a couple of beers and one bad meal on Saturday night?
What if i did exercise on the Saturday morning, burnt like 500 calories and then on the night had a couple beers and food?

Can I eat and drink what i want on the Saturday night, as long as i burn the same amount of calories in exercise?
Or am i just basically wasting my time during the week if I was to do that at the weekend?

Any advice appreciated.

There is nothing wrong with a cheat day every now and again. I always try to time it so its on the same day as a mammoth training session.

Many people are very choosy about their food. Now a days there are so many caters offer different dishes which is totally unique and they are also healthy dishes. Exercise is also very important for losing weight and it is very necessary for everyone.
