Can you please help me burn fat?

Hi! I'm 14. I really want to burn fat, especially on my belly. I am not very fat or overwieght but i am, i dont know, like uncomfortable with myself? i dont know. I kind of have a "beer belly"(but i dont drink :)).Im not sure but the last time i checked i was 9.5 stone. The thing is, not a lot of people know im fat because i dont take my shirt off because of how i feel about myself and when i do have to(like when im getting changed for PE) i suck in my stomach.I do not really want my family or friends to know that i want to lose the wieght for this reason. I am very low on confidence because of this and i never go swimming with my friends because of this even though i know it would be good for burning fat.

Could you please help me burn fat through exercises at home or give me healthy, fat burning foods to eat?I have 2.5 pounds ankle weights for extra fat burning and i could bye a skipping rope. I also play soccer. I want to become a bit slimmer by March and a good bit slimmer by May. But if i can do it really fast that would be great!
 
um..the idea of 'fat burning food' is a bit of a myth.

And you have the wrong mental attitude for healthy weight loss with the word 'fast'. Weight loss isn't fast..least it isn't suppose to be.

ANND you can't spot reduce weight loss. You can't just target your belly. Your body is genetically designed to put weight on in one order and remove it in the reverse. That is why you hear people saying no matter how much they lose, they still seem to have fat in the waist or the face or other places.


Want to lose weight? Talk to your parents about eating less calories. That means cutting down on junk food and try to cut out all soda (diet is better but don't drink your calories)

At 14, you need to talk to your folks.

Yeah i know it does and i have used that advice but havent really been able to start so i thought id try get a bit more info..

Could you give me workouts i could do in my bedroom that would be good for burning fat and that i may be able to make more intense with the ankle weights?

Also, how does fat burning actually work? Is it basically calories taken in vs calories burned or is there more to it?
 
well, the basics is calories in vs calories out. There is, of course, other factors like nutrition.

But at 14, I really suggest speaking to your folks instead of us on this.
 
dear your 14 so do not use any fat burn diet and pills you have need to do exercise and use low calories diet i hope you see good effects soon if you do this.

The general guideline recommended for losing weight is 2lbs. per week. However, that is a guideline. Most people who are way over their ideal weight can typically lose more than this. I know this because I’ve worked with people for many years. Yet, I don’t know where you’re at in this regards.

I want to give you an all-around prescription you can do at home. This prescription will encompass bodyweight exercises, a cardio prescription, and recommended breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods. I highly recommend you purchase some tubing so you can do some upper body exercises.

I’ll have it to you by Saturday evening. U.S. Pacific coast time. I’ll provide you the exercises and a description. I hope you’ll have some type of picture to see them for yourself. I’ll see if I can put them in jpg.
 
If you need to lose Your weight & want to burn fats from your belly,then there are some very simple & useful Tips,If you go with these weight losing Tips you definitely got the result after few months.
you Feel that you are reducing your fats.
Find out how many calories you need
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day
Do not forget to take your meal at time
Do more exercise like Jogging,swiming,cycling,etc
Work out In gym under a Trainer of gym. especially do exersice related to Belly.
Drink more and more water as you drink.
Keep a food chart,Take your meal according to this chart.

I think posting the plan here in the forum is a wiser idea. We mods get nervous when experts suggest sending people programs. We try to prevent our members from 'products' being sent to them.

Not to mention, I bet others could gain something from seeing what you suggest for this member.
 
That's what my plan was. To send him a comprehensive program so not only he but others can benefit. Everything I do here will be public. Thanks for the confirmation.
 
Hi johnnydaman. I would say since you're only 14 you don't need to burn fat. I would say drink plenty of water and be more aware of what you're putting into your body. You can start off with walking, running or doing suicides. Try to engage in exercise that will give you a whole body workout. Hope this helps a bit.
