Hi! I'm 14. I really want to burn fat, especially on my belly. I am not very fat or overwieght but i am, i dont know, like uncomfortable with myself? i dont know. I kind of have a "beer belly"(but i dont drink
).Im not sure but the last time i checked i was 9.5 stone. The thing is, not a lot of people know im fat because i dont take my shirt off because of how i feel about myself and when i do have to(like when im getting changed for PE) i suck in my stomach.I do not really want my family or friends to know that i want to lose the wieght for this reason. I am very low on confidence because of this and i never go swimming with my friends because of this even though i know it would be good for burning fat.
Could you please help me burn fat through exercises at home or give me healthy, fat burning foods to eat?I have 2.5 pounds ankle weights for extra fat burning and i could bye a skipping rope. I also play soccer. I want to become a bit slimmer by March and a good bit slimmer by May. But if i can do it really fast that would be great!
