Hello, first "real" post here, and I have a question. I came off of a beer drinking, good eating weekend, and jumped right into 2 days of drinking nothing but water. I have drank almost 7gallons of water in 48hrs. I went to the gym last night, sweat GOOD for an hour, but before the gym, I took a 1mile light bike ride. I don't feel sore today...I am wondering if my water intake the past two days has contributed to this. Keep in mind, this is the first time in a gym in about 3 years. I should be so sore I can't move.....
