Can someone possibly let me know...

If I were you I would open a new window on the forum - that way you can refer to this while actually doing it. Saves trying to remember what I say...

You will see that there are 5 main sections:
- general (newcomers - where this is - is in there)
- diet and motivation
- weight loss methods
- nutrition and recipes
- miscellaneous


within diet and motivation you will see "weight loss diary" so go in there.

You can then click on the orange button to start a new thread and entitle it whatever you want your diary to be called. Then you simply reply within it when you want to post a new entry. If someone wants to leave a message in your diary they can too by also hitting reply.

This is also the section where you can view other people's diaries.

The "diet and motivation" section is also the place where you can get to both the clubs and challenges - which are both useful for making contacts and therefore building your vital support network.
