Hi, my name is Sandy and i just turned 15 a few months ago. I noticed that my weight had been increasing over the past few years. I use to be 100 pounds but know i gained 16 pounds. I really want to lose that 16 pounds and return to my old state. I'm worried that i might gain even more. Also i'm trying to exercise for about 10 days by running and speed walking but it seems like there is not effect. Can someone please help me , i would really appreciate it.
