Steaks, fish, vegies ... anything goes. It's my best friend ... specially being a bachelor. Haven't cooked steaks for awhile, but I'd guess about 15-20 minutes max ... everything else is under 10 minutes.

Stir Fry.

Chop assorted veggies like; summer squash, peas, broccoli, shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, celery, onions, (sweet), peppers, any combination, stir fried with olive oil, add soy sauce to serve. you can even add scrambled egg, chicken or beef strips too. you can;t go wrong.

You can make lean steaks on those really easily.

pick up a lean steak (i usually get a flank or top sirloin depending on which is on sale), marinate it over night in a mix of 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 clove chopped garlic, and 1 tsp chopped rosemary. Preheat the foreman and cook for 6-7 minutes. let it sit for 5 minutes & eat with your favorite veggies.

Just get a chicken breast and sprinkle both sides with Mrs.Dash. Cook it, and enjoy.
