can i substitute 2%milk for skim?

hello all. this is actually my first post in this site. i learnt that milk is actually helpful in weight loss but i really cant tolerate skim milk. so i was wondering if substituting skim milk for 2% would make a big difference (if any) in my loosing weight? does anyone know? :)
 
Yeah you can. If you are talking about 1 percent that you can't stand, it isn't a big deal, unless you drink like 100 glasses or milk per day.

In general two percent milk usually has about 10 to 15 more calories than one percent. Just be sure not to eat too much food throughout the day and you'll be fine.
