Ok... I am 5ft 7 in tall and weigh 285 lbs. I used to weigh 340 about 8 months ago. I started dieting and excercise and lost all the way down to 268 and gave up.... I just got tired of dieting. I since have gained nearly 20 lbs in 2 months and not even eating all that bad. Anyways, I have started working out again, 7 days a week, 3.5 miles to 4 miles a day on the treadmill and have an average calorie intake of 2000 calories. My job is very physical, I clean apartments for a living when people move out and im on my feet 7 hours a day. I also take Alli if I have more then 10 grams of fat per meal, which is rare and I take a multi vitamin before bedtime. My long term goal is to be 200lbs before next November & 225 before summer in June. Are these realistic goals if I keep up what I am doing? Can I at least expect real good results?
