Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has tried aerobic breathing for weight loss? I have been losing weight steadily with diet and exercise but, a few years ago whilst on holiday in America, I bought a book called 'Be A Loser' which got be interested in Bodyflex. Unfortunately, I never stuck with the program long enough to really see if it works.

I have recently found a website about aerobic breathing - which has got me interested again. There are other programs similar to Bodyflex like LifeLift and Oxycise that promise excellent health benefits, fast inch loss and weight loss. Wouldn't it be wonderful if weight loss could occur just by changing the way we breathe? It certainly sounds too good to be true but wouldn't it be great if it worked?

Has anyone had any experience of any of these programs? If so, what have been your experiences? Do they work for weight loss?

I think it's really to good to be true..

Well... I believe the way you sit, walk would affect the way the food goes through your body...

I think there is only way to lose weight and keep it without surgery and yes...
Dieting (eating less, healthier) and exercising.....

There is no diet pill who will makes you lose a lot of weight..
Some chinese tea does... it cleanse your body... but they make go to the wc/toilet every minute.. The weight, you will gain it back very fast if you don't drink the tea anymore........

Good luck with your journey.. =]
