 I don't know how to cook- no, I take that back- its not that I can't cook, its the fact that when I try to cook everything ends up wrong and tastes bad, bleh... So- does anyone have any good healthy recipes that don't need a lot of "making" ?? Would be uber appreciated if so :)

You can buy bags of precooked chicken that just takes a few minutes in the microwave. This is healthy and gets you out of the kitchen which I always enjoy.

do you have a crockpot aka slow cooker? they have lots of those frozen everything in a bag kinda deals you just throw in and let the pot do all the work! or i'll bet if you searched online you could find some real easy recipes for stuff to throw in there. :)

I have an easy easy recipe for chicken stir fry
1 Cup OJ
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves minced garlic (you can buy this alreaduy minced in a jar, great time saver.
1 tablespoon brown sugar (splenda makes this now)
spray a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil or vegie oil
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup bean sprouts (optional )
1 (6 ounce ) package crispy chow mein noodles ( I used basmati rice )

In a small bowl combine first 6 ingrediants
heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, add chicken and saute until no longer pink inside about 10 minutes, add orange juice mixture and cook until it bubbles add flour a little at a time until thickened, add bean sprouts and cook 1 minute, serve over hot chow mein noodles or rice. I added red, yelloe, and orange bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas insted of bean sprouts and chow mein.Very quick and easy to make.
