im trying to lose weight, and i plan to eat 1400 calories per day (im counting them) and i usually get some exercise each day, but eating like this feels like its not a diet at all. should it? usually i try to focus on not eatin much, but now i tell myself that i have to hit 1400 each day, so i dont end up starving myself like i used to do...i think of it as having 1400 calories to use up, and i can basically eat whatever i want as long as i dont go over 1400...not snack foods but not necessarily tons of fruits and veggies...so should this diet feel like a diet? is there a way to tell if this will show results?
