I have just read in a other thread that a lower calorie diet and cardio may actually not be great for losing fat. Im 19, 6ft tall and weigh 160lbs (i think, 75kg anyway). I'm eating a pretty clean diet, no junk food or unhealthy snacks and doing resistance and 25-30mins on the treadmill 4-5 times a week. Im a student so its really hard to monitor calorie intake but i can try. If anyone has any feelings or advice on this that would be great, cheers!
