I have a few questions. I've been working out almost every day for about an hour between walking 4 miles or on the elliptical. I've been eating about 1400 calories a day. I'm sort of worried that my calorie intake is too low. I weigh 168 now and I'd like to lose 20 pounds. I want to lose weight the healthy way, and not over do it... if that makes any sense. Any ideas, advice? Thanks
