I started a new job on monday painting and sheetrocking and other odd jobs like chopping wood with an ax. needless to say doing these things 8 hrs a day has boosted my calorie burning according to fitday I am burning 3600 calories a day. I am loosing a pound a day maybe a little more. I weigh myself in the morning and then again when I get home from work after taking a shower. i have consistantly weighed even less when i come home from work every day this week.
My weight used to jump up and down but now i am burning enough calories to have it on a downward slope,
my question is
Can I assume that the calories I intook before and during work already were burned because I weigh less?
